School Colds

It's a simple, self explanatory post title. That's right for the past week, we have been enjoying(not) the first cold of the school year. Henry woke up last Friday morning stuffy and congested. By
Sunday morning the rest of us were not feeling to good. Emma was stuffy and coughing and just not feeling very well. Daddy was the next to start feeling yucky and Mommy pulled up the rear. We're all on the mend and starting to feel better. I knew this would happen, one of the downfalls of not having the kids in daycare or preschool before this. I also know that this will not be our last cold/bug of the year. I am hoping that we remain lucky and continue to have happy healthy kids for the majority of the school year. and I'm also hoping that we get rid of this cold buggy soon because these middle of the night mini parties with the kid(s) are slowly but surely taking up all of mine and Jason's reserve supply of sleep. Heh, neither one of us really have a reserve supply, but it certainly did sound good for a brief second:) This too shall pass and we will soon have happy kids that are ready to head to school in the morning instead of tired, not feeling so good, grumpy morning kiddos.
