New Year's Eve 2013

Wishing all of our family and friends a very Happy New Year's Eve! We are staying in which is how we like to celebrate these days;) If you are venturing out to celebrate and partake in the bubbly with friends and/ or family please, please, please use a designated driver, call a cab, use a car service, or even use your God given feet to get you from point A to point B. Celebrate and remember the big and little moments from this past year that have challenged you, filled you with love, made you stop and ponder life, or moments that made you speechless. We're thankful for the moments and the people in our life.  We love you and want you to be safe and have fun.

Be kind.

Be good.

New Year's Eve

Wishing all of you a safe and Happy New Year! We are staying in tonight due to illness and just not feeling it this year. If you do venture out for a little celebrating, please be safe and careful and use a designated driver, cab, or other safe mode of transportation. Remember that AAA will provide you a free ride home, and also tow your car home for free. You don't even have to be a member. Just call 1-800-AAA-HELP (1-800-222-4357).

Happy New Year!!!

Henry and Emma brought in the new year with some dancing. What better way to celebrate not only the beginning of a new year, but the beginning of a new decade. We enjoyed a quiet evening at home last night. The kiddos got to bed at a decent hour and Mommy and Daddy watched a couple of movies until midnight. We must be getting older since we were both perfectly happy with doing just that. I think the kids made up for the quiet evening by being wild and rambunctious today...all day.

We hope that everyone had a safe, fun, and happy New Year's Eve celebration. We're looking forward to this new year.

I borrowed this from my brother's father-in-law, who borrowed it from someone else. Here is a wish/hope for all of us this year.

May peace break into your home and may thieves steal your debts. May the pockets of your jeans become a magnet for $100 bills. May love stick to your face like Vaseline and may laughter assault your lips! May happiness slap you across the face and may your tears be that of joy. May the problems you had, forget your home address! In simple words - May 2010 be the best year of your life!! Happy New Year!!!!!

Happy New Year!
