Madrigal Dinner/ Feast of Carols 2010

The program for the evenings' events.(Taken by Henry)
Mom and Dad(Nana and Papa) looking fabulous! Two of the best people in the world!

Phillip David Slayers-he's the son of one of Aunt Suza's coworker and a great kid! He played the part of the blue jester and was as usual, fabulous:)
The concert choir singing, "Riu, Riu, Chiu"(I think).
The red knight and the blue knight during the sword fight challenge.
The black knight(our court's knight) and the green knight sword fighting. Henry loved this part!
The ladies read an interactive story with the guest.
Emma meeting Queen Sarah of Lyonesse. She drew a picture for the queen. Queen Sarah was thrilled with the gift. I believe Henry and Emma were the only kids to bring gifts for the king and queen.
Emma meeting King Ryan.
One of our beautiful nieces, Sarah, who was part of the concert choir. Sarah was on the other side of the dining hall, so we didn't get to see her much:(
Henry meeting King Ryan. As I said before, the kids made pictures(one each) for the king and queen. King Ryan said that they would frame the masterpiece and hang it in the main hall of the castle;)
Henry meeting Queen Sarah. He was quite the little charmer.
Mr. Garms, the choir and artistic director. He is the story teller for the evening.
The black knight winning another challenge.
Henry(after too much wassail-jk) and Catie, our other beautiful niece that has been in the Feast of Carols the past three years.
The men of Lyonesse singing, "The Ceremony".
Uncle Philip and Henry.
King Ryan and Queen Sarah of castle Lyonesse.
The lord, lady and knight of the Black Court(our court).
Greetings from the king and queen.
Processional of the royal court and singers.
Aunt Amy and cousin Elysabeth-my beautiful sister and her daughter.
Part of the decor.(Henry took this one)
Jan and Stan Froese-Catie and Sarah's grandparents came down from Oklahoma for the dinner. Two really great people.
Grace, Nancy, and Eugene Allen-Catie and Sarah's mom, step dad, and stepsister.
Aunt Suza and Emma cuddling up before the evenings' festivities began.
Henry, Uncle Kevin, and Aunt Julie waiting for the "show" to start.
