Today we took a break from unpacking and had our first dip in the pool at our new place. We tried to do this yesterday, but I had forgotten to check to see what day the pools(there are 2 on the property)get cleaned. Yesterday(Monday) was the day and I ended up with two very upset kiddos. So the promise was made to go swimming today after lunch. We only spent about an hour in the water. I was kind of surprised, but they said they were ready to head home. So we came home and I was able to unpack a few more essential things while they either played in their rooms or on their shared laptop.
