We've managed to make it through the last week without any injuries. We did venture out on Saturday to run errands, grab a late lunch, and pick up a few essentials at the store. The sun came back and there are only a few signs left that just days ago we had snow. The kids are looking forward to going back to school tomorrow and so are Daddy and Mommy. It's going to be a busy week at school. They missed their 100th day of school due to Tuesday's snow so I'm thinking that the "party" will be celebrated this week. On Tuesday, we take Emma back in for a recheck at Dr. K's and I may have her check Henry since he has a bad cough again. On Friday we have another field trip and then that evening Daddy and Emma are attending the school's first ever, Father Daughter Dance! Mommy and Henry have a date that night as well! And then on Sunday, the 13th, we are going to see the Imagination Movers in concert as a pre-Valentine's Day surprise! And I'm sure the parent/teacher meeting that was also cancelled due to the snow will be rescheduled for some time this week. And then on the 14th, I've volunteered to help with the Valentine's Day parties, but I think that I will mainly be in Emma's class this time. AND then, I'm going to fall over from sheer exhaustion!
And stay tuned because I will be delivering some news most likely within the week as well. And before anybody asks, no, I am NOT pregnant! We're all healthy and happy being a family of 4!
I do however have a request, please send positive thoughts, prayers, and /or light a candle, or whatever else you do. It's all good and you have nothing to fear. And that's all I'm going to say for now.
