Mamaw Christie and cousin Nancy came for a short visit on Saturday. Mamaw came bearing gifts-the kids each got really cool pop up books with sound. Henry's is about the jungle and Emma's is about the ocean. They LOVE them! But I think they had more fun talking with Mamaw and Nancy and showing them around the house. Mom and Dad were left behind for hand holding when we went to lunch and Henry asked to sit with Mamaw and Nancy instead of by me at lunch. He's a ladies man;) Emma wanted to go with them when they left to drive to Odessa and got upset when we said we couldn't this time. The kids as well as Jason and I wanted more time to visit, but Mamaw and Nancy needed to get on the road. We plan on making a trip in the future. We had a really nice visit and as always wish we all lived closer so that we could see each other more often. We are so very glad that we could see them. We love you Mamaw and cousin Nancy. Thanks for coming to see us.
