Comments

I know that we have our regular followers and people that stop by now and then to check in on what Henry and Emma and the family have been up to. And of course, new visitors:) I love that you stop by and are curious about our life.  And I love it even more when someone drops a comment or two.  I wish people would drop a comment here or there more so that I know that I am not boring you to death.  Or if you are a new twin parent or have twins the same age as H and E and have questions/comments that would be great.  Anything other that what we've been getting lately.   You know, the ones that go something like this:

Hi, I stopped by your site and think it's great.  I noticed that you don't get much traffic.  If you come visit such and such site, your website traffic will improve by such and such number.

or

I'm really enjoying your site.  It is very helpful.  Please come visit my site at blah blah blah.com and find new ways to improve your total visitor count!

or (and I do apologize if this was a legit person, BUT you didn't leave your name,real or otherwise) 

Today's,  Hey!  Are you on Twitter?  I'm really enjoying your blog and would like to follow you if that would be okay.

From-some website about hooking up with your ex

First off, do you really think that I'm going to jump right up and say sure, you can follow me on here, Twitter, or any other social media site that I'm on, when 1)you didn't leave your real name 2)you left a comment like that and included a site address that basically says "SPAM" or something that is totally inappropriate for a family site?

Second, if you know me in any way shape or form, past or present, then you should feel comfortable enough to leave a real comment with a real name or email address instead of the other crap.  I will contact you and let you know if following me here or anywhere else is cool.

And just for the record, I DO NOT have a Twitter account.  I don't really have anything against having one, I just don't.  I'm on FB and Google +.  I figure that is enough.

Wow, that sounded kind of rude and grumpy, but it is my/our blog, so I am allowed.  And I do apologize, but the above is one of my pet peeves and I am super protective of my peps.  So if you want to leave a few words or reconnect, then be an adult about it, and leave a real name and/or email address so that I can contact you, okay.
