First Day-Moving

Today is the first day of the big move. So I'll give a quick update and then I've got to go. We'll be loading up the truck in a bit with boxes and then as soon as we can pick up the keys today, we'll head over to the new digs and start hauling up boxes. We still have two rooms to box up and then the building in the backyard to go thru. Tomorrow we'll move more boxes over and also move the big furniture pieces over tomorrow. Cable, Internet, and phone are being transferred over tomorrow, so the T.V. and cable box and the phone have to be set up and ready to go. Here's the good thing, since we are downsizing a lot, we are donating the other furniture, so that doesn't have to be moved. For now, we are wandering thru boxes in each room and trying to keep things normal for the kids. Luckily the major part of the move can be done while they are at school. Things are going well and we expect to be in and pretty much settled in the new place by this weekend. Next week , I'll have the donations picked up from the house and then finish the cleaning. After that we should be done. I'll do my best to get some pictures up of the kids and of the new place sometime next week. Thanks for being patient and understanding. I know I'm normally better in posting and keeping everyone up to date, but we gotta move!
