Papa/Dad -the Latest

We got the word that my dad will be released from the hospital sometime today. He will continue to be on antibiotics to fight the bacterial infection that he still has. So this means, due to the fact that the infection is highly contagious thru contact that we won't be able to see him in person for a week or two. I'm guessing that mom will have gowns and gloves at the house to use, but I'm not sure. So for now, we will be talking to him by phone and I may see if we can arrange a Skype date or two with him, so that we can see each other. It stinks that it has to be this way, but it's to keep everyone healthy. The kids really want to see Papa and have been asking lots of questions and we've been doing our best to give them answers that they can understand. And Mommy and Daddy want to see him too. We are so glad that he is doing so much better and that he is now able to go home. We'll keep you posted.
