And so Emma's doll house is now pink per her request. This has been an ongoing process. We purchased the house at a toy store, the wood was nude, and I knew eventually we'd end up painting it. The painting has happened in stages over several months. I worked on the yellow windows and Emma worked on the balcony piece(which I later cleaned up and finished). The kids and I had started several months ago with painting the exterior of the house, so Henry has helped in the process as well. I finally finished the rest the other night when Jason was at his robotics club meeting. So until she is a big girl with a house of her own, this little pink house will have to do.
The interior will be next and then the wooden furniture that came with the house.
