Fast Learners....

We don't need no stinking babygates. Emma making the escape. And as you can see Henry already made it to freedom on the other side.

Henry doing the do with some product.

Getting some hair product from Lucy(our stylist) at the salon.

Emma loves hats...so why won't she wear barrets and ponytails....hmmmm?

Look at that concentration.

Nana and Papa are in the process of redoing their front yard. They have a mountain of dirt in the driveway and are leveling out the flower beds and we all know if dirt is involved, Henry isn't far behind. He was such a good helper and he had a great time with Papa.

Henry playing in the dirt with a pail he borrowed from his Papa.

Making "Spit Cake"-short version-Emma made a chocolate cinnamon cake for dessert for Mother's Day and Nana's birthday and Uncle Kevin later asked if the special ingredient was spit. She said yes without any hesitation. It was hilarious!

Making some really yummy oatmeal cookies with Aunt Suza.

In the beginning it would put him to sleep, until recently he would run from the room screaming and crying, and now Henry and the vacuum are friends again.

There is no obstacle these two can't get out of. They will climb on anything...and I DO mean ANYTHING! These are their new toy bends. Check out the mess on the floor.

Happy birthday, Grandpa!!!

Happy Mother's Day!!!!

I just wanted to say,
Happy Mother's Day, to all the moms out there in blog world.

And to some of the most important moms in our world here are a few things that I wanted to say.....

Mom/Nana- Thank you so much for being such a wonderful example of what a loving beautiful mom should be. I've learned a lot from you and continue to do so every day in raising Henry and Emma. Words can not express how thankful I am for your love and support.

Granny/Mom Henriksen- Thank you so much for giving me not only my husband, but for giving me my second family. You welcomed me into your family with open arms and I love every minute of it. Your love and support mean so much to me. And even though you're far away, I know that I can call on you night or day. Thank you for being my second mom.

And to all the moms in our family, young and old and in between, thank you all for your wisdom, your patience, your encouraging words, and your neverending love for me, for Jason, and for the two most important people in my life, Henry and Emma.

And to all our wonderful friends who are mamas- Love those little ones because they are more precious then we know. And they help make us the beautiful people that we are.

We love you all so very much and all that I've said here doesn't even come close to doing it justice:)

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!
